Holden & Lee was first established in Blackpool in 1937 as a chartered Quantity Surveying Practice.
Over the years, our consultancy has evolved as a forward-thinking business, meeting new demands within the construction industry. We operate across the UK on both small and large projects (£5,000-£25M), offering Employer’s Agent, Project Management, Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration as part of our core services.
Our Team
As a tight-knit team of 20 specialist construction consultants, you’ll always receive a personal and tailored approach and you’ll always have active interaction with a Senior Partner or Associate throughout the entire process.
We’ve purposefully kept our practice small, organised into partner-led teams to ensure continuity of service, flexibility of resources and clear communication. We implement ongoing staff training and development to ensure our practice consistently delivers an industry-leading, comprehensive service for our clients.
